Gabriele Bianchi

Born in 1995 in Cecina, Italy, I’ve dedicated my life to the art of service.

My career began in some of the most respected dining rooms in the country, working inside kitchens like Enoteca Pinchiorri, Da Vittorio and Villa Crespi alongside Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo.

 

In 2019, I received the title of “Best Waiter in Italy”, a milestone that shaped my professional path. Over the years, I also specialized in tea, herbal infusions and botanical beverages, becoming a recognized expert in high-end gastronomy: a journey that led to my inclusion in Forbes 2022 Under 30.

 

My mission has always been to bring dignity, clarity and beauty back to the world of service. This is why I began sharing my experience online, inspiring young professionals and revealing the truth behind this profession.

 

Today, I run a consulting and training company supporting restaurants, hotels and hospitality teams who want to elevate their service and embrace a modern vision of the dining experience.
